RIVER CANE BASKET MAKING
with CHUCK & PEGGY PATRICK
MAY 12-13, 2012 (BRING YOUR MAMA!)
Come learn the old Southeastern Indian art of River cane basketry. Taught by the living masters themselves, Peggy and Chuck Patrick, this is a weekend not to miss! After supper on Saturday these two are likely to pull out their banjos and fiddles and liven things up a bit! Everyone will go home with a beautiful finished basket which will no doubt be cherished for a lifetime (or more!).
Donation includes the two day workshop, materials, lodging and farm fresh local organic meals (Saturday supper and Sunday breakfast provided. Everyone is responsible for their own lunches).
