KUNDALINI YOGA RETREAT
FALL EQUINOX: SEPTEMBER 24-25, 2011
We welcome the southeastern yoga community to join Harsimran Singh and Catherine Stinson Yellowroot for a special weekend of kundalini yoga. For equinox we will chant the 2011 Air Mantra enough times to clear your karma! The platter will be full of invigorating kriyas balanced with deep relaxing meditations, music, and gong. Also, we will savor the wonders of the full Aquarian sadhana during the amrit vela. There will be plenty of room for discussion and sharing. At Concentric Rings there are an abundance of beautiful outside settings in which to practice as well as a comfortable indoor studio. We will incorporate the magic of the land with walking meditations as well as opportunities for hydrotherapy in the river!
Organic vegetarian yogic meals will be served.
Cost: $150 this includes the two day workshop, some farm fresh local organic meals, yogi tea, and lodging. Each person is responsible for their own lunches.
